Backstory: Veinctor (https://www.deviantart.com/veinctor) was trying to pin down Ucogi's bust size as part of a flash-game-in-the-making here: http://veinctor.deviantart.com/art/Ucogi-TwisterTease-game-WIP-202651675 and it occurred to me that there was a problem of units.
I read once that, contrary to popular opinion, the letter part of a cup size does not refer to the actual diameter of the breasts, but rather their relative size to to body. So the same boobs on a proportionally rounder girl would probably only be an E or F
